Return Process

  Contact our dedicated customer support team via email or our online portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring that fragrance oil seals are intact and diffusers are placed in their original protective padding.

  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items to confirm they meet our quality standards, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
